TDK is a well-known brand in the electronics industry, and has been a leader in electronic raw materials and components.After the invention of ferrites in Tokyo, TDK's founders, Dr. Kato, along with Dr. Goiro and Dr. Takei, founded Tokyo Denkikagaku Kogyo K.K in 1935.
